Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be Return or Exchanged within 20 days of the original purchase of the product. For International shipments, returns and exchange can be made 25 days after receiving purchase.

Shipment charges are not refundable.

At Spiral Nutrition, we are committed to your health and our quality products.

To make a product return, follow these steps:


  1. Please email with your concern or reasons for returning your last purchase. Pleas don't forget to write "returns" on the subject line.


  1. Once you have received confirmation from a Spiral Nutrition representative, you can send your return.

 Include your order number and a copy of your receipt.

Offer Terms:

  • Product must be purchased directly from in order to process a monetary refund.
  • Return must include a copy of the packing list.
  • Once received, please allow 2 weeks for processing.
  • If the product has not been opened qualifies for a full refund. If it's already used, you may return it for store credits or a posible full refund. (If we consider it reasonable).
  • Must be postmarked within 20 days of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. 
  • Buyers are responsable for any extra return cost that can exist.


To be eligible for a exchange, please make sure that:

 ONLY if a new product needs for a exchanged for another product in case we send a wrong product. 

- The product was purchased in the last 20 days. International shipments 25 days from receiving purchase.

- The product is in its original packaging  

- The product isn't used or damage

- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product and if so, what other product you want to order. 


Damaged items 

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. 

Sale items

Sale items can not be refunded.
